MOG GROUP OF COMPANIES WARRANTY POLICY

MOG’s eyewear products (sunglasses and optical frames) are the result of a stringent quality control process. For this reason, your product is protected by a manufacturer warranty within Malaysia offered by MOG Group of Companies against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

TERMS

MOG warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

 This warranty does not cover scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, chemical, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you made your purchase in store, please contact, anytime within 12 months from the date of purchase, the retailer where you bought your product. Any claims made beyond the 12 months period will be obsolete. A proof of purchase (receipt) and also the damaged/defective eyewear will be requested as part of the warranty assessment.  Depending on the issue, the eyewear or corresponding defective part will be replaced or repaired directly by the
retailer. If the model is not available anymore, you will be provided equivalent replacement pair of same value. Alternatively, you can request support by emailing to our Customer Care at careline@mog.com.my
If the request is not covered by warranty, a paid solution will be offered, which you will be able to accept or reject.
