- Pictures of prizes shown on the promotional material or advertising are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual item.
- The lucky draw promotional material or advertising is prepared in several languages. In the event of inconsistencies between any versions of the Contest Rules and Regulations, the English version shown on our website shall prevail.
- The lucky draw rules and regulations and the lucky draw mechanics, may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of the lucky draw. Participants are highly advised to visit the MOG website from time to time to ensure that the Participants are aware of any updates and changes made.
- Winner Selection: 2x winners will be randomly selected every Friday from 25th Nov 2022 onwards until 15th Feb 2023. The winners will be selected randomly by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from those valid entries received during the competition period.
- Winner notification: The winners will be announced on our social media and will be contacted via the submitted phone number to be given instructions on how to claim their prize.
- If a winning participant has not responded to the Promoter within 14 days of notification to claim their prize, their right to the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be chosen.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold, or exchanged for cash.
- Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged at MOG stores.
