Terms & Conditions:

1. Anyone can participate and gain an entry to redeem the RM200 TRANSITIONS Lens Voucher All participants are REQUIRED to download MOG Eyewear Mobile App to redeem the voucher. Redemption of E-Voucher is only VALID once per person.
2. E-Voucher is valid from the date of distribution till the end of June 2022. Customers may use it immediately after receiving the voucher.
3. All TRANSITIONS LENS and voucher prizes are applicable for the redemption of ANY TRANSITIONS Lenses.
4. No entry/participation limit, customers are able to provide more than 1 entry by snap, however, only 1 x RM200 voucher per customer will be given.
5. Prizes are not stackable, in the event that customer is selected as Creativity Prize winner, the RM800 Transitions Lens voucher shall NOT BE STACKABLE with the initial RM200 Transitions Lens Voucher.
6. Subjected to the entry that is the most creative to be picked. NOT BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF ENTRY.
7. Prizes are NON-TRANSFERRABLE nor INTERCHANGEABLE for ANY other items (IE: Products, Cash, Etc). It is at the sole discretion of Metro Eyewear Holdings Sdn Bhd to make any amendments when deemed fit to any substitution for prizes.
8. Prizes are ONLY VALID till the date provided by management.
9. All prizes must be claimed within 1 month from the date of notification. After the grace period, all rights will be reserved for the management. Metro Eyewear Holdings Sdn Bhd reserves the right to not notify winners of the time remaining. It is the sole responsibility of the winner(s) to collect the prize.
10. Prizes to be claimed by the winner(s) ONLY. Unless advised otherwise. No responsibility will be held by Metro Eyewear Holdings Sdn Bhd for any damages or repairs incurred for prizes once delivered. No delivery option available.
11. In the case winner(s) chooses NOT to accept the prize, they forfeit any or all claims to that prize, it will be dealt with accordingly by the management and it is at the sole discretion of Metro Eyewear Holdings Sdn Bhd.
12. A copy of these terms and conditions will be provided to the winner(s) upon collection of prizes if/or/when needed to be signed and endorsed by the winners. The copy can be kept and emailed over through scanned soft copy or sent back as hard copy to Metro Eyewear Holdings Sdn Bhd.
13. Metro Eyewear Holdings Sdn Bhd, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives are not responsible for any claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by Metro Eyewear Holdings Sdn Bhd.
14. Winner(s) might be be required to participate in providing photo, video and/or film session and acknowledges that Metro Eyewear Holdings Sdn Bhd has the rights to publish these items as deemed appropriate unless advised otherwise during competition that he/she wants to maintain anonymity.
