MOG is the only eyewear retailer that I visited since 2017. Due to my work nature I need to keep on travelling. The product that I purchase often is contact lenses. From Alor Star, Penang, KL till Johor, almost every outlet that I went delivered the excellent customer service. The glasses that I made 5 years ago was very durable until I lost it recently. Since I recently move to Kajang so I went to IOI City Mall outlet. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Yani, who is so kind to help me search the model of the glasses that I have lost. Unfortunately the model was outdated so I have to made a new one. I have a pair of glasses that I made years ago with incorrect power. Since I couldn’t get the frame that I really desire therefore I requested Ms Yani’s assistance to fix it for me. Today I went to collect my glasses and I am very satisfied with it. Another reason I would like to recommend MOG IOI City Mall is the customer can pre-book the appointment before visiting them so the opticians can make themselves available once you arrived. They even sms appointment reminder to customer’s phone. If you haven’t try out MOG service before, I would suggest you to drop at any MOG outlet and try out their service, especially their 6-1 eye test, the most comprehensive eye test in Malaysia. Thank you Ms Yani very much. I will continue to support MOG.
